As Managing Director of VMR International group of company’s, Lenny is responsible for the overall management of projects undertaken by the business, along with identification and review of future opportunities and the strategic planning and direction of the company’s.
Lenny is closely involved in the day to day management of the company’s, ensuring that all projects are delivered to a high standard, and client’s requirements are managed in a professional and efficient manner, guaranteeing that all customers, associates and stakeholders interests are managed to gain a maximum return on their investment, and that all clients expectations of quality service are exceeded.
Lenny held a number of senior positions with major public and private companies prior to forming VMR International, including Watpac Australia and St Hilliers Constructions Pty Ltd, and has expertise in Quantity Surveying, Estimating, Project Administration, Planning, Project Management, project audit, Development Finance, Project Marketing and Business Development.
During the last thirteen years he has been involved in a diverse range of projects throughout the residential, retail, commercial and industrial property sectors, and is experienced in a broad rang of project delivery. He has completed study in both the building and finance sectors and has a sound knowledge of management practice and business planning, gained through his involvement in the financing, planning, delivery and sale of major projects.
